Technical Administration Manager (Head Office) Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for the Technical Administration team covering compliance, defects, commercial and end of defects.
  • Effectively Lead the Technical Administration team including providing training, guidance, general line management support, etc.
  • Effectively manage multiple workstreams simultaneously for the Technical Administration team.
  • Ensure the Technical Administration team adheres to Gateley RJA policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure all statutory compliance, health and safety requirements are adhered to across the Technical Administration team.
  • Manage the workload of the Technical Administration team to ensure all work is produced to a high standard and client deadlines are adhered to.
  • Ensure all clients and colleagues receive an excellent level of service from the team.
  • Ensure all data across the Technical Administration team is accurate, up to date and stored in line with Gateley RJA policies.
  • Chair regular meetings with key clients, to review process and ways to improve the service.
  • Encourage and uphold the adaptability and flexibility within the team.
  • Lead, develop and manage a high performing team, where strong performance is recognised, and performance issues addressed.
  • The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall objectives of the business.

Technical Administration Manager (Head Office) Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft suite, with a strong focus on excel.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
