Technical Administrator (Head Office) Responsibilities

  • Provide full technical administration support to the Employer’s Agents / Quantity Surveyors in the Residential Team delivering both private and affordable housing sector projects.
  • Work flexibly within a wider administrative and technical administrative team to provide general administration support and a variety of clerical and related tasks to support the needs of the business.
  • Manage incoming queries and requests appropriately together with updating clients CRM portals.
  • Notify, organise, and manage the End of Defects process with Clients, Employer’s Agents / Quantity Surveyors, Clerk of Works, and Contractors and future liaison with our clients’ tenants.
  • Liaise with relevant project leads to obtain required information to update key logs and planners.
  • Check information/ documentation provided to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Treat all clients and colleagues to an excellent level of service.
  • Be a point of contact for queries and lead on the residential defects process.
  • The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall objectives of the business.

Technical Administrator (Head Office) Requirements

  • Friendly and positive disposition.
  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good standard of English.
  • Strong verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft suite, with a strong focus on excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
