The construction of a new manufacturing facility and the adaptation and extension of an existing facility.
Phase 1 of this project comprised the construction of a new manufacturing facility for Lotan Limited at Ashton Green Business Park, Leicester. The building is steel framed with metal cladding and integral two-storyoffices. Phase 2 of this project comprised the adaptation and extension of the facility approximately two years after the main factory was constructed.
Gateley RJA provided a very professional service throughout this project to construct 50 new homes on a brownfield site in Finedon, Northamptonshire. This included pre-contract advice, contractor procurement, employer’s agent and clerk of works provision. This project had many challenges, but Gateley RJA offered the support required to enable a satisfactory outcome for both the client and the residents of these new homes.
