RJA Team Away Day
On Friday 10th September the Gateley RJA team day was hosted at Eastwood Hall in Nottingham.
This was RJA’s first face-to-face meeting for the entire team since the pandemic hit.
They started off the day with a team meeting in the morning where staff were updated on the growth of the business and future plans for the company. The team enjoyed a sit-down lunch and spent the afternoon completing various team building activities with White Rhino Event Solutions.
RJA are passionate about getting the team together wherever possible to give everyone the opportunity to build relationships with colleagues. They are committed to creating an engaging and supportive working environment for every member of the team.
