Director of Strategic Growth

Steven joined Gateley RJA in 2017 as Associate Director and was promoted to Director in 2019. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who spent the first ten years of his career with large multinational firms delivering projects and programmes across multiple sectors. Steve oversees the residential team within Gateley RJA and manages our ISO9001 Quality Management System and Delivery Systems.

As Director of Strategic Growth, Steve is responsible for the delivery of our large programmes and the overall innovation of our services to drive new business and build on our strong existing relations with clients. He is passionate about developing the team and the industry, acting a Counsellor for RICS APC candidates and acting as external examiner for Loughborough University.
